Product Twists:

We specialise in the manufacture of product twists or sweeps for varying products and can sizes and all degrees of twist.

Twists are especially useful for changing the orientation of a can or container to enter machinery the correct way, e.g for labelling, ink jetting, packaging, filling purposes and also to ‘shake’ up a product before entering a cooker.

Twists are also commonly used for tipping a product to remove debris or water. Or to simply decline from one conveyor to another and can be utilised to speed up or down a product.

Twists are manufactured using stainless steel round bar, ‘D’ shape bar and flat bar dependant on the application, and can be plastic coated to protect labels / print and reduce friction.

Suitable for full or empty cans, printed cans, bottles, bottle tops, can ends and most containers.
